Your main responsibilities will be: Manage the company's production processes, implement the specified production plan execution, production planning, depending on project specifics, time schedule, etc., production workforce planning, organizing necessary training, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, plan and manage the operational work of the factory, control expenses within approved budget limits, active participation in the factory budget and development planning process, plan improvement of factory operational efficiency.
